1. Who these terms cover

These purchase terms govern purchases of Wealth Leak Finder, 30-Day Wealth Reset, and Wealth OS from CMK Creative Ventures LLC, operating as Create.Wealth.Now., based in Colorado, United States. Contact us at hello@createwealthnow.biz.

Please read these terms and the product description before completing a purchase. By purchasing after these terms have been made available at checkout, you agree to the terms applicable to your order, subject to mandatory law. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. What you are purchasing

Wealth Leak Finder is a self-guided tool for reviewing potential financial leaks and identifying a practical next action. 30-Day Wealth Reset is a self-paced educational program with activities, reflection prompts, and practical tools. Wealth OS is a manual planning workspace for priorities, money plans, next actions, and reviews.

These are digital products accessed online, not physical goods or personalized advisory services. "30-Day" describes the Reset activity sequence, not a deadline to complete the program or an automatic end to access. Each product can be purchased separately; another product is not a prerequisite.

The product description and order summary shown before payment identify what is included. Optional add-ons are separate purchases unless expressly included in the offer. Do not complete payment if the items or total do not match what you intend to buy; contact support for help.

3. Prices and payment

The current standard prices are $9 USD for Wealth Leak Finder, $29 USD for 30-Day Wealth Reset, and $49 USD for Wealth OS. These are one-time purchases, not recurring product subscriptions. The final checkout identifies the applicable price, discounts, selected add-ons, taxes, and total before payment.

Checkout is handled through SamCart and its payment providers. If you choose a third-party installment or financing option, its separate payment schedule, eligibility rules, and any charges are governed by that provider's terms. Such an arrangement is not a recurring Create.Wealth.Now. product subscription.

Future price changes do not change the price of a completed order.

4. Getting access and returning to your product

Access requires a valid purchase and an app account with a verified email address. Use the same email at checkout and in the app. Follow the access link in your receipt and enter your SamCart order number when asked to link your purchase.

An email verification code is different from your order number. The SamCart billing portal manages receipts and payment information; it is not the product workspace. A receipt or order number alone does not grant access without purchase verification.

Keep your login credentials private and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You need a compatible browser and internet connection. If access fails, contact hello@createwealthnow.biz rather than buying again. Product access help is available at https://createwealthnow.biz/access/.

5. Educational use and personal responsibility

Our products provide general financial education and self-guided planning, not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, or debt advice. Use does not establish an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Consult appropriately qualified professionals when needed.

We do not guarantee savings, earnings, debt reduction, or any other financial outcome. Calculations, suggested opportunities, and estimates depend on your inputs and assumptions; a potential leak is not a promise of recoverable money. Check your statements, balances, provider rules, and contract terms before acting. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.

6. Personal-use license and acceptable use

Your purchase gives you a personal, noncommercial right to use the purchased product under these terms. You may retain and use your own answers and any personal exports or downloads the product provides.

Do not resell or redistribute our software, lessons, templates, or supplied materials, share paid account access, evade purchase verification, interfere with the service, or use it for fraud, security attacks, or unlawful activity. This does not restrict uses or rights that applicable law protects.

Our software, branding, designs, and supplied content remain the property of CMK Creative Ventures LLC or its licensors.

7. Access duration, service changes, and restrictions

Access continues while we offer the purchased product. This is ongoing access, not a guarantee of lifetime availability. Maintenance, updates, outages, and reasonable interruptions may occur.

If we permanently discontinue a product, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice so you can retain available exports or downloads of your saved work. Any additional remedies required by law remain available.

We may proportionately restrict access as reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, or unlawful misuse. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Restrictions do not remove refund rights or other mandatory consumer protections.

You can stop using a product at any time. Stopping use does not itself request a refund or delete your account data.

8. Thirty-calendar-day full refunds — all three products

You may request a full refund for Wealth Leak Finder, 30-Day Wealth Reset, or Wealth OS within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, even if you have started or used the product. The period does not start when you first log in or finish an activity.

You do not need to complete activities, demonstrate savings, explain results, or supply proof of completion. Email hello@createwealthnow.biz with the product you want refunded, your checkout email, and your SamCart order number so we can identify the purchase.

Refunds return to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider; we do not promise a fixed processing time.

Access to the refunded product ends after processing. Separately purchased products remain unaffected. Export or download saved work where available before requesting a refund; doing so is recommended, not a condition of receiving the refund.

A refund does not automatically delete saved information. For data requests, contact support. The full policy is at https://createwealthnow.biz/refund-policy/. This voluntary policy does not limit statutory refunds, cancellation rights, or other mandatory consumer remedies.

9. Your information and saved work

You retain ownership of the answers, notes, and other content you enter. You permit us to process it only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and support the products as described in the applicable privacy policy.

Use the product's Save controls where required. Unsaved edits may not be retained. Keep separate copies of important information and use available export features.

Product-app privacy information is available at https://app.createwealthnow.biz/privacy. Public-website privacy information is available at https://createwealthnow.biz/privacy/. Contact support for access, correction, deletion, or other data requests; these terms do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained under applicable law.

Purchasing a product does not itself give permission for marketing emails. Marketing consent and unsubscribe choices are handled separately from purchase access.

10. Support and consumer rights

Email hello@createwealthnow.biz for purchase, access, refund, or data questions. Include the product, checkout email, and order number when relevant. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similarly sensitive information.

Colorado law governs these terms without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Existing purchases and later changes

Once published, these shared terms apply to new purchases for which they are presented at checkout. They do not retroactively remove rights promised with an earlier purchase, including access, refund, or discontinuation-notice rights.

The shared refund policy applies to all three products. Reset-specific instructions continue to describe that product, but should not be read to remove the refund protection expressly offered here to Finder and Wealth OS purchasers.

Material changes to these terms will be announced through the app, email, or another reasonable method. Updates will not retroactively reduce the rights approved for an existing purchase.
